The Swan Guest House prides itself on the quality of accommodation and the service provided. We operate at a professional standard that is merged with a homely feel. We have developed this business to sit between the professionalism of a hotel and the friendliness of a Guest House so we are more accurately described as a Guest Hotel.

The Guest House and each room is regularly refurbished to guarantee the highest standards. The Guest House has been created within a protected 17th Century building. Some original external walls are over a foot thick and the design of Guest House works with the character of the building, therefore while our rooms are not huge they are comfortable, offer you a pleasant stay and are of course not prefabricated. We are proud of what has been achieved, what has been preserved and are extremely happy to invite you to stay with us.

We invite you to enter our postcode (LS22 6NN) into google maps.  We have off street parking available in our small car park. Cars may need to be stacked and we would co-ordinate. There is also ample parking all around the Guest House
